Middle Eastern and Moroccan Street Buffet (Eid dining journey)

Stroll among the street market stalls, where the fragrant scent of spice fills the evening air. Flavours from across North Africa and the Middle East await, from sizzling kebabs and succulent shawarma to freshly-baked flatbreads, not to mention an array of heavenly desserts.

Pit-Cooked Lamb Lunch at North Beach

Stretch out and relax on the secluded sands of North Beach, as you await a delectable lunch of roast lamb, pit-cooked to perfection and served with an array of tempting accompaniments.

Cooking Classes at the Cooking Hut

Join our talented team of experienced resident chefs for a hands on cooking class at the Cooking Hut. Learn how to cook your favourite dishes from an array of cuisines and cultures, or broaden your horizons by trying something completely new. Over the Eid holidays, cooking classes include Indonesian, traditional Indian or authentic Thai cuisine.

Seven Days, Seven Beaches

Set sail from Soneva Kiri to discover some of Thailand’s most breath-taking beaches. This experience will take you to seven of these unforgettable hidden gems, just a short cruise away yet far from the usual tourist trail. Step aboard a traditional wooden fishing boat to explore secluded coves, fringed by swaying palms, crystal-clear lagoons and the purest white sands. When the boat anchors, it transforms into your own private beach club: snorkel the azure depths, swim ashore to sunbathe, kayak or paddle board along the coastline, and enjoy a sumptuous barbecue lunch, freshly prepared on board. Treepod Dining

A true bucketlist experience, dine high in the treetops of Koh Kood's ancient rainforest with exceptional views across the Gulf of Thailand. Open for breakfast, dim sum and high tea, a menu of gourmet delights is delivered in style by a personal ziplining waiter.

Breakfast in the Organic Garden

Take an early morning walk through the greenery and have your breakfast in the heart of our organic garden, made using freshly picked vegetables and herbs.

Lunch at South Beach

Each day you can enjoy lunch on the pristine sands of South Beach. Depending on the rotating lunch themes you can dine on fresh salads, pit- or spit-cooked seafood, Mexican, shawarmas, burgers and sandwiches.

Mushroom Cave Lunch

Experience lunch in a natural cave after picking mushrooms grown in our Mushroom Hut. Our chef will prepare a five-course meal for you, with mushrooms being the highlight of each dish, even dessert!

Dinner at The View and Kruua Mae Tuk

Take in the stunning view out across the Gulf of Thailand while experiencing Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of flavours from Japan and Peru. Chef Christophe effortlessly blends the delicacy and nuance of Japanese culinary traditions with the vibrant and zesty flavours of Peru. At Kruua Mae Tuk, delight your palate with local Thai cuisine made using ingredients grown on Koh Kood and neighbouring islands, as well as seafood caught fresh from the seas around our island.

Dinner at Colours of the Garden

Go on a tour of Soneva Kiri’s expansive organic gardens as your chef takes you through interesting herbs, vegetables and fruits. Dine on a plant-based and set menu that highlights the flavours of Thai and Mexican cuisine. At the end of the dinner, join our Medicinal Mixology class to learn from our Botanical Bartender, before turning your gaze to the night sky for some stargazing.

Dinner at Down to Earth

Enjoy traditional Northern Indian Frontier cuisine with a touch of Middle Eastern influences at the Living Room. Hear tales of how the dishes come from the old days of Indian Maharajas and Maharanis while dining on delicacies fresh from the hot tandoor oven.

Koh Raet and Solar Reef Snorkelling

The sculpture garden of Koh Raet’s southern tip is one of the most unique dive sites around Koh Kood. Koh Raet, a small island just west of Koh Kood is home to several artificial reef projects. The sculpture garden assembles several animal sculptures placed in an area of powder white sand. However, the nearby natural reef is a true highlight just by itself with lots of dense, cavernous coral structures.

Koh Rang Snorkelling

A fantastic day out for all who love the sea, enjoy snorkelling the pristine coral reefs and a castaway beach experience. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get to Koh Rang Yai National Marine Park, where the coral reefs are home to rich and abundant marine life. Your snorkelling guide will brief you, including entry and exit guidelines, swimming techniques, the site description and what marine life you can expect to see.

Shared Fishing Adventure

Try fishing the Thai way! These trips run both during the day and at night; the evening trip lets you admire the stars and catch fish or squid. A fishing boat will take you to the best fishing areas around Koh Kood, Koh Raet or Koh Mai Si with local fisherman. On returning to the resort, arrangements can be made with our Executive Chef to prepare your catch for dinner.

Sunset Cruise

Enjoy the most romantic way to celebrate the passing of yet another day in paradise, as you nibble on gourmet canapés.

A giant moulded bamboo playground shaped like a manta ray, The Den is dedicated to learning, to excitement, to meaningful experiences. Professional child minders pique your children’s imaginations, teaching them to play Thai instruments, unleashing their creative talents with painting and the visual arts, and carefully watching them at play in the wondrous world of moulded bamboo spaces up, down, and around.

Eco Den

At Soneva Kiri we also offer a special programme aimed specifically at one to five-year-olds in our Eco Den, making this the only resort to offer such comprehensive, age-specific facilities. Here, the children get to play with toys and take part in activities that meet Soneva’s stringent standards of social and environmental responsibility. All children are looked after by qualified childcare experts, supported by local child carers.
